Very Good

covered not only money factors, also covered psychological part of home buying. which is great

good primer, very basic

I was hoping to learn more about mortgage points, different types of loans, renting out properties, etc. It's good if you don't know anything, but if you've done your research I'd say skip this one. I will say that I learned a lot about searching and comparing prospective houses.

Great Book

Would you listen to Home Buying for Dummies, Third Edition again? Why?

The book does a good job of explaining the basics of home buying in a chronological order that makes sense to the reader or listener. Highly recommended for those simply trying to understand how the process works.
