Disclaimer: I am not a writer so you'll probably notice lots of grammatical errors and sentence composition issues so this book is not for those looking to listen to a book for pleasure - this is a manual and lots of material that are not meant to flow like a book...this is for those ready to take action and apply what we discuss here to earn money strategically and consistently.

Extremely Informative!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a treasure trove of both residential and commercial cleaning knowledge in this book. I revisit this book almost weekly to remind myself of what I have to focus on and improve.

Great Content, Poor Narration.

This book is worth grabbing if it's relevant to you. I don't even have a cleaning business, but I am a solo entrepreneur and I learned many valuable marketing tips from the material.

Unfortunately, the narration was quite bad. Amy Cutlip seemed to be reading this book for the first time, and regularly stumbled on some of the sentences or had inflection in her voice that didn't make sense. Still, I was able to listen to this and gather some great advice. I'd recommend this in spite of the poor choice of (very unprepared) narrator.

Get hard copy with audible version!

This is a very interesting audio book, outlining in detail, how to achieve great success with a cleaning company. In regards to marketing strategy and implementing the most effective advertising choices, it was an incredibly valuable resource. The author's step-by-step guidance made the daunting task of launching and aiding the growth of my cleaning business feel manageable and exciting! Her thorough explanations and real-world examples provided me with a clear roadmap for success. I appreciate the extensive list of resources provided, so the opportunity for continuing my businesses growth is still relative, even if this book was written 10 yrs ago. There's a wealth of information to absorb and there are multiple references to the hard copy and printed charts, graphs, and spreadsheets, so it would be extremely helpful to either have a physical copy to follow along with. At the least, it will greatly benefit anyone listening to have a pen/paper/notepad/tablet/etc. To further explore the litany of various resources and comprehensive steps given along the way. This audio book is perfect for anyone entering the cleaning industry or those looking to achieve a greater level of success and growth within their current business. I highly recommend it for its comprehensive and relative content. It's been a true game-changer for me!

Just when I thought I had this business down pat. I read this book and learned soooooo much! Highly recommend!

Great book

When I got this book I was a little "concerned" with the length. But I was completely wrong. Everything was straight to the point. They had great insights. It was a great complement and inspiration for my 9 years in the cleaning business.

I’ve heard/read them all. This is the one you want!

I’ve listened to cleaning systems books that sounds like stereo instructions - detailing where you should place what chemical in what pockets and how to move around a room (I think I astrally projected during that one)

This is actually about the BUSINESS and tailored to cleaning. Human Resources issues. Pricing issues. Client resolutions. Real problems I deal with every day, there are answers for. It’s hard to operate something trying to reinvent the wheel because you have no basic template for what you’re doing. This book provides that template. Clear. Direct. Solid.

This was so informative and I am positive if I follow this system, I will succeed!

Not good for beginners

This book is over and above for beginners. Just to much information in very little time. I do understand it needs to be read multiple times, but still to overwhelming

Awful trying to sell the reader on a bunch of programs

Awful book! All the chapters she’s trying to sell us on programs that cost tons of money. I just want to learn not be sold on a ton of things! Couldn’t continue listening!!!! Want my money back!

When I clicked the link the narrator mentioned here, it says it’s not a secure connection and ip can’t be found. So I manually looked it up. No such thing. Went to YouTube cause I saw that also was pointed out, and nothing. There are no manuals, resources, pdfs. Dont waste your time or money! Find someone with credible links and resources. This woman is trying to sell her big masterclasses. That’s all. And they can’t be found. Audible should remove this book or have the author rewrite her details etc. I want a refund.
