Just what I needed

I own a small business and I had a feeling that I am leaving some tax savings on the table. This book is a game changer for me! Mark, thank you so much! I love how Mark makes these concepts applicable and understandable. Also, this book is updated with the most up to date tax laws for some recent changes that Trump made. I recommend this book to any business owner who always wanted their cpa to give them better tax guidance.

Great book for the non-financial & non-CPA person

This book is perfect and highly recommended for the new small business owner or entrepreneur or blogger. It'll help you understand the basic core concepts of taxes and legal entities. It doesn't go super deep into any of the topics, which is good! You can get a specialty book for any topic you need to drill down into. I've listened to this book many times so I can understand and apply all the knowledge and advise Mark is offering. If / when he updates this book, I'll be pre-ordering it right away.

Good information, but much heavier on asset protection strategies than tax planning. Still highly recommended if looking for small business advice.

It will personally help you become more financially secure by understanding how to organize your taxes and legal structure. It will help you close more transactions by identifying people that need to purchase multiple properties for estate planning and help you to understand their needs and goals.

also for anyone who wants to be or is wealthy. I read this once a few years ago. can't believe how much I forgot nor how much it cost me failing to take into account the actions and lessons in this book.

This book is essential for ever successful small business owner and small business advisor. One the the best comprehensive books on topics ranging from business formation to proper wealth building. Great resource to use after the initial read, too.
