fascinating and heart breaking
I really enjoyed this book. It was a sad but accurate representation of understanding and treatment of mental illness for it's time. All the love and hate June and Jennifer feel for each other is palpable. The two lived their lives like birds of prey locked togeather plummeting toward the ground. Each unable to break free of the others grasp.

Very interesting read!
I really enjoyed the story, the exerts from their diaries, the progression of events! The final 3 chapters all seemed a bit redundant for me, but all else was really enjoyable!

This incredible true is worth listing to. Minute details of twin girls living a Secret Life between themselves, and the harm it caused. Unbelievable tragedies and craziness. A bit too long, and repetitive. But still an interest listen.

.. what’s the deal with chapter 12?
I truly enjoy the performance all the way up until chapter 12… It really seem like she was afraid to say goodbye and let us go…so she just dragged us through the entire book all over again for no reason
