Good story except when preachy

Great performance but forwarded through preachy parts . Other details were great in the story line

historical details

I loved the play by play details as if I were a part. I'm now learning history I didn't learn in high school. Sarah is a fabulous author- the plot, the characters, the flow of rich vocabulary, the twists all combine to reward the reader with an amazing story.

awesome listening experience

I loved this book....it was absolutely inspiring...the narrator did a wonderful job bringing each character to life...she allowed the listener to feel what the characters were feeling.

I love the historical fiction plus the faith based additions. I really love this author's writing and can't wait to get more of her books!!
