I listened to it twice. You will find many things being said over. Yet a very good book.

This book has great ideas that I and my son have already implemented into daily life right from the start.

A bit repeative but helpful

This book is not really an original work. The author seems to just retell antidotes and advise from other authors or advisors. But having all the advise in one place with references where to find and read more of the original works is very helpful.

Only ok

I really didn’t discover anything revolutionary in this book. I did take away finding the positive in acting on a task. I think this would be obvious, but it does remind me to be more intentional about this practice.

not worth the credit

Listening to this book was like talking to a friend when I say "hey I lm just not motivated, I have been procrastinating a lot..." and he starts to quote presidemts and Instagram quotes and things are common sense. Citing a couple of studies, does not mean this is the SCIENCE ... quite deceiving.
