Book four in the series A Tetralogy of Tales, the concluding story of two dynasties.

The House of Arthur, the Red Dragon, is championed by the great king’s grandson, young Prince Stephen, and his love, the beautiful Lady Gabriella.

The House of Saxnôt, the White Dragon, supremely dominates Britannia, ruled by an ancient pagan aristocracy, the avowed enemies of King Arthur’s heirs.

These heathen queens and kings are in turn ruled by shadow sovereigns, secret masters of monarchs, the greatest of which are Ashtoreth, goddess of the Moon, and Vlkodlak, the Wolf, who enshroud the island in seductive rituals and blood rites.

Bryce Gibby’s creative genius permeates every page of this heroic saga. Wisdom and truth are interwoven in a fascinating narrative difficult to set aside when the demands of life require putting the take aside for daily tasks. Michael Troughton’s myriad of voices adds wonderfully to the experience. I almost loathed reaching the end is the book, but was thrilled by the emotional crescendo and delight in knowing there are more books to follow.

I enjoyed this book just as I did the others in this series. Excellent. Engaging and uplifting.
