Meh. Could have been a brochure or newsletter.

I usually prefer to have readings by the author. But in this case I think another reader--and perhaps a ghost writer for the book itself--would have helped. Overall it just felt like a big ad for the author's business, without any real data or depth. Just anecdotes and testimonials. The last half felt forced and stretched the material much farther than was necessary. Extremely overwritten and bland. And the final chapter had several lines that were eye-rollingly trite and cliche.
