Enjoyable collection of poetry for a Burns dinner
What made the experience of listening to The Poetry of Scotland the most enjoyable?
Wonderful readers immersed me in Scottish poetry! It was a good selection of poetry too.
Any additional comments?
I loved listening to this in the evening as I wound down. I look for collections of poetry that I can listen to before bed, and this was perfect!

A must for Burns Day
It is a good mix of authors and reads with everything well read. Pro and a con is that it's a series of poems with minimal introduction or commentary. There is no interference with the poems but I would also like to learn more about them too.

poems from my youth. Good selection, some better read than others which had a few words more anglicised than my recalled ones, but overall ok
