Better than the first

Kept me guessing til almost the end. I really enjoyed this book. can't wait for the next one.

Excellent thriller. I could not put it off until the end. I highly recommend it.

Nail biter

Just recently discovered the author and now a fan. Thrills and twists throughout. You find yourself trying to figure out how Flynn will get out of the latest mess.

Great story

The book was fast paced and easy to listen to. The narration was also good.

Best courtroom thriller in years

I put this this right up there with The Firm, The Verdict and Presumed Innocent. Eddie Flynn is a fascinating character and tge plot actually seemed plausible. The current news lent even more credence to the story, with corruption that's been uncovered at the top tier of the Justice Department the last few months.

I loved every minute of the narrator's reading, which seemed natural and New York through and through . Was very sad to see that The Liar and Thirteen are not available in Audible format. And I was shocked to read that Cavanaugh is an Irish barrister. Go figure.

It's my first Steve Cavanaugh book, and now I have to read the first Eddie Flynn Book. This is one fantastic Courtroom roller coaster of a ride, and I'm not ready to get off!
