Not what I was expecting

This book reminded me of the perfect child at first but I really liked how it was narrated from the parents and the child even though I hated Mia. Anna and David made it so easy for her to manipulate them it was maddening! Father Michael was my favorite! Instead of just telling Anna to pray about it he went above and beyond and was practically a detective!

Eh…

The story was ok. It was very repetitive especially certain phrases. “The silence was SUFFOCATING”. That was the author’s favorite word.
