Such a great story with a breath a fresh air for a different story line. Thinking on way but switching the way you think.

Even better than expected!

After reading the summary, I knew I had a good book. However, it turned out to be better than good. At one point, even I had words for Tara, because I couldn't understand why she was so callous towards Sandra. Also, it annoyed me so much that Sandra kept being told to try to get along with her, as if she wasn't already doing that. Alex's death, though expected, was still incredibly sad. He was such a great character, and he and Sandra were so great together. Blake was a bit of a wild card from the very beginning, and I didn't really care much for him.

Easy, popcorn thriller

I was so excited to see this had come on Audible, I had been waiting to read it after seeing it in my thriller fb groups and seeing so many enjoy it. It was an easy, fun popcorn thriller read. It was a bit juvenile. I saw the twist coming from the very first chapter and I barely ever guess the twists! Somehow I just knew what was going to happen and saw how it was set up exactly and I was right! So it wasn’t as twisty as I would have liked, I still enjoyed the read. It was fun, easy, a thriller you don’t have to think too hard about.
