Is there going to be a war? War is surely upon us! Or maybe it isn't? There are strange events unfolding around the small principality of Liechtenstein. It seems to have its fair share of enemies, and there has been an invasion, but war hasn't been declared....

That's politics for you, however. It has its own laws. But for Theodore the Babylonian, this can mean only one thing. It's time to speed up my own development, mobilize all my forces, and show my enemies that they shouldn't have attacked the country that I've come to call home. My new home....

I really like the subtext world view from the authors pov how the royal/ govermental system is plagued by bureaucratic corruptions and fast back door dealings. Cool acts by the underdog protagonist, of out maneuvering the bad guys. I only have one problem and that is the fact that after the introduced Boris he was awesome and bad ass like Jason Statham he was cool hardcore and intelligent. By the second novel he became dumber and dumber until in the sixth book I was seriously heartbroken by how stupid he was and not the gun loving car nut that he started out as. I hope that he gets his swag back in the later novels of that the narrator finds a way to put a smarter twist on his dialogue . Outside of that i am in til the end of the series!!! I love it

A awesome isekai series with a different world view

this has been a decent series. but two fights were poorly done. first the MC is all worn out, can barely lift a finger. but 2 seconds later he creates a tunnel through a mountain. aside it was nothing. poor writing. the next fight is the helicopter attack. let's just say physics and how helicopters work were thrown out the windows to make this scene.

fights were nonsensical

The story and pace are always good. I do wish it were longer, with more clan and city building.

Love it
