Fantastic Story

A great complex story with myriad twists and turns. Well written and well read.

My favorite book in a long while

Loved everything about this book, and highly recommend it! Also read The Silent Patient, and liked this one better.

Fast-paced story!

The story keeps you guessing throughout! Never knowing who are the good guys & who are the bad guys!

Average. I’d give it a C-

I found this boring. It does have a surprising twist at the end but other than the last hour I had no interest in this book. I thought the topic was terrible. Not only not practical (usually that doesn’t bother me) but just a snore. If it was free, I’d listen, but I wouldn’t spend a credit on it.

OK - the BEST THRILLER I’ve read in AGES!

This is better then Gone Girl or The Girl on the Train...
It grabbed me from the very start! The twists & turns kept me completely on the edge of my seat! A 5 STAR book for sure!
The readers were terrific as well! Loved it all!

One of my new faves! The narrator I could listen to all day! Story liken was great keeping me interested the whole book rewinding when I missed a part! Great listen

Good twist at the end

The book had a great couple twists at the end; but it took so long to get there. It took me a while to dedicate the time to finish the book unfortunately.

Pretty good read!

I hadn't read any of the books by this author and I really enjoyed it. I'll be looking into her other books. I wouldn't compare it to a big hit like some of the other psychological thrillers, but it was still pretty good. I'd recommend it. It wasn't the best and the plot wasn't very deep or complex, but I still thought it was pretty good and well told. It did have me guessing and wondering who and what happened throughout quite a bit of the story. Worth the credit in my opinion
