This was fun
So this was a lot of fun kinda of a unique leveling system with relatively interesting abilities. The only thing that kinda bothered me was the bit of over-repetitiveness of the second book it had the tendency to repeat things over and over again it wasn't as bad as some books but it was more than the typical Refresher that some books offer. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the book but it left me kinda wanting to skip part. That being said I can't wait to get the next book.

great characters
I really liked the progression of the characters. Its not perfect but I was entertained and couldn't stop listening! I cant wait for the rest of the series. The narrator was good, wrong accent probably, but he did good job. I was able to look past that and enjoyed his performance. Worth a listen for sure!

very distinct cast.
I really loved how engaging the story was, there was a complete sense of dread in the beginning and it just kept rolling from there and I didn't want to pause.
