Great Book on Mobile Home Park Investing

This is a great book exposing how a well managed mobile home park can be one of the best investment vehicles that exist today. I will probably buy the paper version even though I listened to the entire audio version. the book contains a lot of useful information to reference.

I will listen to it many more times because it has so much valuable information it is to hard to digest it all at one time.

Good information but strays from the point

Good stuff. My one complaint is that they spend way too much time selling you on the idea of MHP. If I bought the book, I must believe in this investment, right? At least I believe in real estate in general over basic stocks. This books just drones on about the merits of MHP investing, but I’d rather they just give more info on parks themselves.

Lots of details but needs examples

Laura provides a lot of detail on how to invest in mobile home parks but also things that part of acquiring such as the lending process, why to take the leap in getting the properties, and completing the due diligence. I'm an investor of apartment communities looking to acquire mobile home parks so I was looking for more examples/case studies of real world properties that were purchased. There were some details but not the whole stories of the properties I think that's the best way to learn if examples would've been provided it would've been a fantastic book that's whats missing.
