I see the value in having this book!

I'm sure I will use this weight loss guidebook more than my other Keto guides just because of the ease with which it allows me to get the info into Carb Manager. All the nutritional info you need is laid out for you with each recipe. Really happy with this purchase.

Really Enjoyed This Audiobook.

This book is stunning. I slanted such giant measures of suitable things from this book. I adore this book. I am truly worth investigating this book. I would prescribe this book to anyone. Whatever essayist and must recommend for this book.

Sensible Weight Loss and Health Advice

I’m a fan of Barbara Smith, so when I heard he had written this book, I had high expectations. This book is filled with easy-to-understand information and easily implemented lifestyle changes. I found some effective diet plans. I’ve been on weight watchers for a few months now, and many of the techniques they encourage were in this book. I highly recommend it.

Breakthrough weight loss book!

The book is easy to listen to and written in a friendly, supportive tone. I liked the recipes that introduce some chapters. I found the chapters on fear particularly helpful. I appreciated the chapters on pleasure and gratitude, though I would have liked a little more about healthy ways to self-nurture and enjoy pleasure.
