Highly Recommended

It's a good start for people interested in learning about how to manage money, especially save and put money into passive funds. However, the author rehashes the same points over and over again and has a repetitive and redundant feel to it- t I still think it's a good audio book but could have been condensed to half the number of pages!!

The acquisition of material wealth is exactly the opposite of what this audio book is about of Money Deception. This audio book is a life-changing manifesto about how to examine our attitudes toward money and material wealth, at an individual and global level. Twist’s decades-long career dealing with money in a number of different cultures and socioeconomic circumstances have given her a unique, paradigm-shattering lens through which to view our unquestioned assumptions about money.

Very Helpful

In this money deception book, the writing is easy, surprisingly simple for this type of stuff. I am not someone who deals with problems like these on a daily base, but I didn't have any difficulties following whatsoever. The views that the writer offers are impressive and it is fair that he is enthusiastic about them, but I don't necessarily agree with everything, particularly the sections about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

His advice is very good and worth the listen.
At the end he is very utopian. He denies it which is fine but it is still utopian. He lost me at UBI

Very Interesting Research

A shocking eye opener about the united states monetary system and the effect on the local people. I highly recommend this book.

The incomes of the poorest 10% of people increased by less than $3 a year between 1988 and 2011, while the incomes of the richest 1% increased 182 times as much. Eighty two percent of the wealth generated last year went to the richest one percent of the global population, while the 3.7 billion people who make up the poorest half of the world saw no increase in their wealth. Billionaire wealth has risen by an annual average of 13 percent since 2010 – six times faster than the wages of ordinary workers, which have risen by a yearly average of just 2 percent.

It is what it markets

The moment you realize how restricted our current monetary system is, you will also recognize that a new solution is inevitable, and that it will be only a matter of time until it is in place. The question is no longer if these changes are going to happen, it is when they will happening.

Five Stars Book

The author attempts to show us all fiscal terms, how debt and currency began, and how the monetary system as we know it is running amok. This is an encouraging book, however, and will really make one think about their financial position.

Intuitive and Comprehensive

In the last few chapters Herold describe what possible solution could replace the monetary system. Tom compare the old system with the new system and show you how much more advantage we will gain from it.

Governments like warfare - guess who pays for it?

this book is addicting from the prologue to the epilogue. my only complaint is that there is no more chapters left to read.
