I have friends who loved this book so I had to see for myself. Come to find out it was fantastic. It has practicals, and case studies both biblically and modern day. If anyone has a problem or a sin they're stuck on this book can offer some great insight. Thank you Kent and Heather, great job!!! I will use this book daily and refer others to it.

Life Changing

I plan on going through the process as well as taking their course. After I help myself, I want to help others. I did not know that I was already doing the process as led by Holy Spirit. I couldn’t explain why it work, how it work, but it work. Now I have further understanding of the transformation and steps to go deeper. Amazing Book!

I got it as a gift from my Very Best friend Julie! I brought it on a trip with me and my husband and did not touch it. My husband started reading and could not put it down, as he made his way through almost half of it. He kept saying this is so good. I thought I would see if it has an audible book, I got it, and since I have not been able to stop listening to it.
I am so glad I found this book!

No escaping the person in the mirror. Finished the book feeling empowered and confident that there is a higher power behind it all.

Literally the most helpful and enlightening book I’ve ever read

OMG I’ve never had more hope than now! Through this book I’ve realized how I’ve unknowingly adopted false teachings about God and myself. I’m excited to get started on my journey in living life to the fullest. I’ve already stopped taking all of the supplements I was on and transformed my pseudo depressed “glass half full” mindset. I feel like life is being breathed into me by the Almighty God himself. This just all makes so much sense. Like mud being removed from my eyes.

Great message and stories

Really enjoyed the book and all the stories. I have not tried the actual method yet, but I will, then I can update this review with my results

Nice try, but just no substance

My apologies to the authors. This book is just too long and wordy. I kept thinking that there was going to be substance, but it didn’t happen.

Cult

This is shortsighted and manipulative. The story tellers are leaders and persuasive using your mental health as a tool for conformity.
