the book breaks down the basics and then delves into the how to stage so flawlessly. I recommend it to a few people and plan on doing this as a LIFESTYLE 💪🏿💪🏿

Completely Flawless

I listened to your interview this morning on a radio talk show and purchased the audio book shortly after. I have now listened to it in its entirety and am pretty impressed. it's not just a how to...it's a "let me help you understand so you can learn how to" and that makes all the difference. I drive a truck over the road so I'll have to get creative with the exercise but I'm going to give it my all and follow your book to a T. Thank you for helping me understand how to.

Interesting ideas

Dr. Smith compiles interesting information and presents a new method for six week weight loss. His scientific explanations about digestion and diet are really interesting.

Keeps repeating same thing over and over again!

I did not like this book- each chapter he keeps repeating the same thing over and over- and it’s not a diet that would be easy to maintain and not sustainable in my personal opinion.
