Calmness is the rarest quality in human life. It is the poise of a great nature, in harmony with itself and its ideals. It is the moral atmosphere of a life self-centred, self-reliant, and self-controlled. Calmness is singleness of purpose, absolute confidence, and conscious power, ready to be focused in an instant to meet any crisis.

The Majesty of Calmness by William George Jordan will teach you and guide you to obtaining calmness through this timeless motivational work in an audio edition.

While there are a few minutes of steps you can take to improve your ability to remain calm, most of the content is all over the place with no real flow are tie in to how it relates to "calmness." It just sounds like a string of bullet points being read by a fairly dull narrator.

Not really what the title describes.
