Good book

Great book short and to the point. A good read for anyone who is interested in control.

A master piece. To be read at the right moment.

For a more lasting and impactful learning, I suggest keeping it and reading it or hearing it at a moment of diffculty or sadness.

Not really what the title describes.

While there are a few minutes of steps you can take to improve your ability to remain calm, most of the content is all over the place with no real flow are tie in to how it relates to "calmness." It just sounds like a string of bullet points being read by a fairly dull narrator.
