  • I Never Thought I'd Come Back to Church… But I Did
    Mar 27 2026

In this episode, I'm sharing a deeper look into my faith journey — how my relationship with God has evolved over the years, and how I found myself back in church when I never thought I would.

From growing up without religion, to finding spirituality through sobriety and the rooms of AA, to exploring different beliefs, practices, and teachers… and ultimately returning to church in a way that feels aligned, personal, and real.

This isn't about having the "right" beliefs.
It's about discovering your own relationship with God — and allowing it to evolve.

    We talk about:

    • growing up without religion

    • being resistant to being told what to believe

    • how AA introduced me to a higher power

    • learning surrender and letting go of control

    • exploring spirituality outside of religion

    • walking away from church and what that brought up

    • returning to church in an unexpected way

    • navigating faith while still holding your own beliefs

    • overthinking, control, and coming back to simplicity

    • when spiritual "work" becomes too much

    • remembering to actually live your life

    • and trusting that you are supported — even when life feels hard

This episode is for you if you've ever:

    • questioned religion

    • explored spirituality in your own way

    • felt disconnected and are finding your way back

    • or feel like you're "doing all the things"… but something still isn't shifting

    Because sometimes…
    it's not about doing more.

It's about softening, letting go, and remembering you're already supported.

  • The Year Everything Fell Apart… and Came Back Together
    Mar 14 2026

After months away from the mic, I'm finally back — and so much has changed.

In this episode, I'm sharing a glimpse into what life has looked like behind the scenes since last fall: walking through a season of separation in my marriage, navigating long-distance life with my husband now living in Texas, learning how to let go of control, and discovering what it really means to live from self-trust instead of self-fixing.

This past year has held grief, surrender, refinement, healing, and unexpected beauty. I talk about what it looked like to set down the constant pressure to "do the work," stop trying to force outcomes, and instead let God meet me in the middle of real life — motherhood, marriage, health, work, identity shifts, and all.

This isn't a step-by-step story or a neat before-and-after. It's an honest conversation about what happens when life unravels, your heart softens, and you begin to realize that healing isn't always about doing more — sometimes it's about finally letting yourself live.

    In this episode, I share:

    • the journey of separation and what shifted in my marriage

    • what this season taught me about codependency, surrender, and self-trust

    • how my health journey became part of my healing

    • why I stepped back from business, coaching, and the pressure to perform

    • what it means to integrate the work instead of constantly chasing healing

    • why I'm returning to the podcast with a more grounded, real-life approach

If you're in a season of transition, uncertainty, or deep personal change, this one is for you.

  • Letting Life Be Organic (and Trusting the Good When It's Here)
    Sep 4 2025

In this episode of She Just Knows, Katrina Lelli invites you into a real-time reflection on life, motherhood, and allowing the good to be enough.

She shares what it's been like having teenagers entering their junior year of high school (how?!), the surreal feeling of watching them move toward adulthood, and how it's all stirring up both awe and upper limit edges.

Katrina also explores how we often feel pressure to make big decisions or initiate change when life feels really good—but maybe the invitation is to stay, soften, and expand right where you are.

This episode is a reminder that things don't always have to be rushed, planned, or pushed. The podcast, like life, is unfolding organically—and that's more than okay.

    💫 Inside this episode:
    • The weird magic of parenting teens who are almost adults

    • What "upper limit" resistance looks like when life feels good

    • Letting yourself chill without needing to pivot

    • Trusting your timing (and releasing pressure to produce weekly episodes)

    • Why expansion doesn't always require reinvention

This one's for the woman learning to stay with the sweetness, the stillness, and the slow unfolding of her becoming.
