needed to hear & feel gratitude again...

I was struggling with the loss of a pet and I needed to be reminded of the healing power of gratitude. What if... How lucky am I to have shared the last 5 years loving, playing, cuddling, napping and now missing him so terribly. There are no regrets because I loved him dearly every day and he KNEW it. So, rest in peace up in heaven George & chase bunnies to your heart's desire. I will miss you and I WILL NEVER forget you ❤ Thank you for loving our family all that time and sharing your beautiful furry little self with me. I'm sorry I ever yelled at you 😔 I love you always.

Learning more about gratitude...this helps

A useful book. Felt a bit technical at times, so will revisit and listen again. Only short that helps with being able to dip in and out.
