Virtual Voice narration is horrible. I made it to the 4th chapter and couldn't go any further. It's a shame because the book itself was good,, I just couldn't take any more..

Horrible computer generated voice
The story was good but I couldn’t listen to the computer generated voice. Flat, even, no expression - you couldn’t even pretend it was a real voice. Couldn’t finish listening to the book due to this.

AI reader
I don't even know what the story was about. The AI "reading" the book was just a dead monotone sound that I couldn't pay attention to. I didn't see that it was narrated by a virtual voice so I bought 4 or 5 of this woman's books that I can't return. If anyone wants to listen to the virtual voice I suggest you buy one book (better if you can get it free to listen to). My son says it's old AI that the newer AI is better I don't know but I'm going to be careful about buying my books now that I know they may be narrated by a Virtual Voice.
