truly horrifying novel!

This was such an unexpectedly great book I’m writing first review ever. Very gruesome and makes me wonder what kind of guy can come up w this stuff. A real page turner, or whatever u call audio books. Can’t wait to hear next in series

what stood out to me was how dark this book was, but it still had me glued to the end. Very well written. 👏

I disliked when Jack didn't acknowledge that Niki had saved his life. I think of our hero's as been considerate and he should of remembered she wasn't trained like himself.

I did not dislike anything accept it ended great story line to 2 main characters are believable. Great Read

Nearly speechless.

I don't even know where to start. This book was fascinating and I'm thrilled that there's another in the series. What a unique storyline and plot. I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn't have a weak stomach and loves being on the edge of their seat the entire book.!

Story was not believable & hard to follow.

Story was not believable & hard to follow. I don't know if I can attribute that to the author or the narrator. Found myself going back & listening to chapters again.

Perverse violence as art

I must admit to several strong feelings of queasiness along with the thrill of the story. Some of the characters are incredibly sick to the core but are somehow able to justify it, at least to themselves.

A New Subject

Story line was a brand new one for me. Not really sure what the job titles would be. The narrator, Greg Maupin, made the characters alive.

loved it

you will either love this book or despise it. I loved it. Not as sick as other reviews say. Interesting premise with a nice plot. If you like this genre, you will enjoy this. a casual reader may not however.
