The only stock feature in this well-plotted novel is the generic, fakey-sounding names (Brad Carson, Kelly Starling). It took a little while to learn the characters, but once I did, it flowed well. You have to pay attention, but if you do, you are rewarded with a well-balanced and clever plot. I am not interested in legal things, but still enjoyed it a lot. Recommended.
