Wow what a ride

Never did a LitRPG book consume me like this one. Must read. Probably one of the best written stories out there.

It's been a long time since I've been able to read a book series without guessing at the next twist! I can't wait for book 3!

Excellent plot, LitRPG progression system and narrator

I listen to a lot of LitRPG and found this to be one of the most unique in the genre. Excellent story, system, and narration makes this listen a winner.

Different experience/perspective from novel to audio

I really enjoyed the audio version of these chapters and found out I somehow missed the scrunchies story when reading the book. Also, the audio gave me a different perspective/feeling on Riley and how he’s treated in the story. I felt bad for all the characters equally when reading but I can’t help but feel especially sorry for Riley. It feels like he’s the ‘odd man’ out in his group after listening to the audio version but that may just be me. This book was totally worth an audible credit.

It's a nice change

I have never read a LitRPG like this before, but I really like how they do it. The whole series so far is a great read

this book is an incredible sequel. I enjoyed every minimum of it and cannot wait for it to continue. it had some incredible story arcs and grows the mystery of carousel even more 10/10 I highly recommend it and the first one and eagerly wait for more

A Great second book and addition to the series.

Im just so impressed everytime i get back to this series. The stories are always interesting and something completely new. While always staying true to the tropes, you never know what you will get and like any good horror story you know its coming, but still a suprise when it happens.

Story and Narrator are Superb!!!

This is one of my favorite stories I’ve read. It’s so unique and creative!!! Narrator does an amazing job as well!
