Love the book, but beware background music!
"Incredible Journey" has been one of my favorite books since I first read it as a child; I can always count on weeping happily by the end. This audio version was read decently by Megan Follows, but I found the occasional addition of musical tracks to be annoying and, in some cases, so loud that they overwhelmed the vocals. That's why I'm only giving four stars instead of five on this one, but it's a great story anyway...

Captivating and Enthralling to listen to.
This is one book I always going to get around to reading to one day, and decided to try it in it's audio format. It was thoroughly enjoyable. It's a book you can't go wrong on. I loved the way Megan read it, and enjoyed seeing how the 3 animals interacted together. This is a great feel good book. You won't want to miss it.

Great story, great narrator
I love this story. I first read it as a young teenager and then saw the original Disney movie (which was also quite wonderful). The one addition I did not like about this production was the background music. The music appears at dramatic times in the story and is distracting.

Reader will captive you into seeing the journey
Ages 2,7,11& 30. Together we listened intently, hanging on to the narrator's every word. Delighted when the trio made it through some cringe-worthy parts in their journey to get home. As this book was a memorable read again for my adult self. I almost forgot how beautifully the wording throughout the book is written. Vocabulary that feeds your brain and the words melt into your heart. Keeping the book as an enjoyable timeless memory.
