awesome book! Caudell really expresses a child feelings about growing up. i also think the setting is interesting. i didn't know about arrow heads until i read this book.

Such a sweet story!
Both my son and daughter have enjoyed listening to this story and the other 3 in the series. The narrator is great and fits the tone of the story and characters superbly. The stories are very sweet and are full of wonderful examples of good and moral character. I am so happy that my children have found joy in such good and uplifting stories.

Charming
My young boys and I enjoyed this sweet story. Once I acclimated to the narrator, I really appreciate her tender storytelling. The author understood the mind of a child and of a parent. This touched my heart.

cute and sweet
My 7 year old daughter enjoyed this book very much. It is a sweet and nice story. Good for younger children but not as exciting or adventurous as the Box Car Children or Pippi Long Stocking. But that said my daughter wants to hear all the follow up stories by the author.
