Informative but dragged out at times. Overall helpful for those seeking understanding of why codependents seem to be enmeshed in relationships with those with cluster B personalities and how to break out of the dysfunctional patterns.

This book is a must read for those who are struggling with repeating bad relationships. It forces one to look at their role and embrace change.
