I like both of the authors so I thought I'd give it a shot!
Ultimately it was overwhelmingly disappointing!

Excellent read!

My two favorite genres are crime dramas (especially involving serial killers) and horror. This was an excellent blend of the two! Although I generally don’t like it when stories jump around different timelines, it was with purpose and easy enough to follow once I understand the significance.

Solid story telling

Great story and well produced. Really enjoyed this book. I will look for more by this author and voice actor.

ohhhh Mr. Blackwood

I feel just when it seemed to come together it was over.... says book one so I do look forward to the continuation. I do feel there were many unanswered questions however it is so colorfully written/spoken that it's worth the listen.

Guillermo Del Toro and Chuck Hogan once again do not disappoint. Hopefully there will be more ro the story. Until then...

A great time

I don't know why the chemistry between Guillermo Del Toro and Chuck Hogan works so well, but they always seem to pull off some of the most intriguing fast-paced books you'll ever find. I couldn't put this one down, and I'd recommend this one to everyone who loves a good supernatural thriller.

I didn't know this was a series, but I'm glad I bought book one. I will definitely be buying book two.
