The book has great pearls of wisdom

The book is informative and delivers what it is intended to deliver in a succinct manner. It lacks story. Since it is a short read and has helped impart me techniques to practice heart coherence I will recommend this book to my friends and family.

Life Changing

I really liked learning about the HearMath philosophy/solution. I look forward to incorporating the techniques taught into my life. My ability to manage anxiety better could definitely improve my human relation skills with family and friends. I look forward to learning from more books on this topic.

Difficult to understand the narrator/author because of heavy accident. This detracted from a positive listening experience for me.
