Publisher's Summary

The desert war is over, but the battle for survival only just began...

Corin and his friends enter the realms of winter, riding north to join the war against Caswallon. But the traps laid for their arrival will test their loyalty to extremes.

Corin must face a dangerous path through the mountains in his quest to reunite with his love and find his true father, fulfilling the witch's prophecy at the ford.

Meanwhile, Queen Ariane fights for survival in increasing desperation, by launching guerilla tactics against her enemy.

The Glass Throne marks the dramatic conclusion to the story of Corin an Fol, following after The Lost Prince and The Shattered Crown. Like all the books in the Legends of Ansu series, The Glass Throne mingles mystery, myth, and legend with gritty action and snappy dialogue, woven to a vast tapestry of dark fantasy.

The books resonate with action, passion, and robust characters that will appeal to fans of Game of Thrones series. If you like tough action featuring gritty characters set to a vivid fantasy backdrop of war, betrayal, and vengeance, then you are going to love this epic tale by J.W. Webb.

Fantastic ending!!! Love how it all came together from the 1st to this last. Leaving it open for future stories. I'll be keeping a eye out for sure.

EXCELLENT SERIES!

I really enjoyed this series! There's plenty of action, adventure, drama and suspense to keep you entertained. The narration is always excellent. The author always does a great job with the character builds and plot. I have read so many books by this author and have grown to love her writing style! I look forward to reading more of her books! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

What an exciting ending to Corin an Fol’s story!

I would say this was the best book so for because Corin finally grew up, really fell in love, and finally took responsibility for his actions and life. All the minor characters get fleshed out more and there are hints that they might have stories coming about them! I can’t wait! It’s a really fun fast paced fantasy
novel that injects great moments of several types of humor , for example Gribble the soul fin and Rael the assassin.
I have and will continue to recommend these books because of J.W.Webb’s writing and because of Andrew McDermott’s narration. They go together perfectly.

Great story!

I really enjoyed listening to this book. This is the third book in the Crystal Crown Trilogy and like the first two books, is thrilling and very well written. As I've mentioned before, anything Andrew McDermott narrates is a book I'll listen to! The characters are interesting and well developed. The story world is detailed and interesting. The book is well written and I recommend it for sword and sorcery or fantasy fans! I'm looking forward to the other books in the world of Ansu!

Great read, great series, highly recommend

The Glass Throne: A Legends of Ansu fantasy (Crystal Crown Trilogy Book 3), my fifth read from author J.W. Webb. Great characters, non-stop action, a great read/listen, the conclusion of the Corin an Fol saga. I was given an Audible copy of this book in January & am voluntarily reviewing. Andrew McDermott’s excellent narration & accent again add to the book's enjoyment. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

finished up nicely

I was getting a little worried in the last book. This book finished up nicely. I wasn't wowed over this series, but I did love and will miss some of the characters.

I was given this book for an honest review.
