first time listening to graphic audio I was so entertained and will look forward c to many more

Sad whole series wasn’t dramatized.

I’m enjoying the story, but the character development is where this work shines. I truly care about what’s next for many of the characters.

Entertaining Story

I enjoyed the way the author gave each character a solid personality that made you like them. Great story that kept you entertained the entire time. Highly recommend if you like just fun, fast-paced stories.

This series is very captivating and well written there is definitely great character development and definitely a well planned out storyline

Must Have

the story of all three books (books 1-6 if you dont get the dramitization versions) are amazing and the full cast and sound effects were amazing. Made me look forward to my 10 hour long drives just so I could listen to em.

Narrator sucks

I loved the original book and narrator. This story even the same sucks because the narrator is monotone and reads like he’s not enthusiastic about this story at all

I Want More!! I enjoy books read by a professional reader. But these books with a troop of readers took it to a whole new level. I will be sad when I have to go back to the other readers. 🫶🏻

why didn't read this book sooner?

I am writing this review to make sure others don't repeat my mistake of neglecting this wonderful book. Buy and read or listen to this. Michael J Sullivan is a wonderful writer!

One word I would use to summarize this story is "charming". This story reminds me of older swash-buckling stories with more traditional characters written in a more modern way. There were unexpected twists and mysteries that actually surprised me and made me realise the world and characters are actually deeper than I initially realised. I think if Michael J Sullivan could have written the first 2 books included in this omnibus to a much larger series but that would have taken way the charm of these books. He has kept the plots of each book focused and slowly revealed more and more of the larger mysteries of this world.

The Graphic Audio narration is also wonderful. The music and sound effects were appropriate and enhanced my experience instead of overwhelming the great narration. I am hoping for more audiobooks to be produced this way.

So that's it. If you are unsure, just listen to the few mins of the sample audio. That 1st scene in that sample convinced me to buy it and wow, I had a wonderful time.
