Crime reporter Jesse Fingard comes to his last day on an all-expenses-paid trip to Puerto Vallarta, courtesy of the Oakland Tribune. After obtaining proof that mass murderer and serial killer Billy Dew is alive and possibly responsible for an outbreak of child abductions, Jesse uses his last night to plan a celebratory night with his wife, Natasha, by the beautiful seaside.
