Beautiful friends to Lovers story!

The Edge of Reason by J. Saman was so good. I loved getting to know Drew and Margot after the bits we got in Aria's book.

Drew and Margot were coworkers and best friends. They did everything together, including platonic sleepovers. Margot was there for Drew after his breakup with Aria. Drew was seemingly heartbroken.

To save Margot from an awkward encounter with an ex, Drew kissed Margot and pretended they were together. It was a kiss that changed everything. The unforgettable, passionate kiss that you relive for days.

Drew knew immediately he wanted more. While Margot was afraid it was a mistake that would ruin their friendship. Drew was still in love with her friend, right?

Margot had a pretty traumatic past filled with neglect. Making her friendship with Drew that much more sacred to her. Margot was apprehensive toward the change in their relationship and fought it the entire way. While Drew fought for her.

Just when they were so close to finally being happy together, misunderstandings and tragedy strikes. Leaving Margot with a long road to recovery, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Their end was beautiful. It just felt too quick. I wanted more.

Brandon Utah and Sarah Puckett did a great job with the audiobook. I was engrossed in their storytelling. The pacing, inflection, emotion, and passion were all excellent.

Good series

I cannot stop listening and reading. Another good series moving onto the next book J. Saman it’s a good author. Narration is great.

Loved it!

I LOVED this book! I love the build up of the characters, the cat and mouse game, you just want them to be together but they’re taking forever! The unexpected plot twist towards the end! The narration was good. I’ve already recommended this book to a friend:)

Sooo good!

I loved this audiobook. The narrator’s were fantastic and the story line was excellent. I couldn’t stop listening! I love the way this author writes.

Wonderful reading… stayed up to find ending and couldn’t sleep. Nice job on all the twists

Gripping

This book was so gripping and emotional I needed to listen and relive it! Amazing story, characters and enthralling!

Friends to lovers

Another great story from J Saman. This is Drew and Margo's turn. Both work in the ER and are best friends.
Drew used to date Aria, who's story was book 2. I was not a Drew fan then but he redeemed himself! He was so good to Margo, who had a very troubled childhood. They both seen reluctant to take the next step even though they both feel more. Margo fell first but I think Drew may have fallen harder.
Narrators were both new to me and I enjoyed them. The female had a bit of a rasp that I found intriguing, especially in her male character voice. They both fit their character very well.

Actors Were Perfect

I loved the story about friends to lovers, and the readers were convincing and perfect for it.

Average

The first 18 chapters weren’t very exciting. Maybe I would have felt different if I read the prior books. I almost gave up 5 times. Sarah Puckett kept me hanging in there. She’s one of my favorites. Chapter 19 on was pretty solid. It’s the only reason I gave 3 stars. It would have got a 1 start if it didn’t take a drastic change

Female character

I couldn’t finish it. It made me sick to listen to the female character drag things out chapter after chapter. For being best friends she takes forever to say how she feels. It’s so immature and goes on and on and on.
