Narration disappoints

While the book itself was pleasing, the multiple errors narration made the listening experience frustrating. Whoever edited this production did a poor job!

I enjoyed this fast-moving story of a dragon egg and love. You’ll find danger, intrigue, betrayal, and love of course. The story will make you smile here and there as you make your way through this story of a quest for power and destiny by many. Then there’s the misunderstandings and mixed feelings by the two uncertain but possible lovebirds.

Dominique thinks that Virdi a green dragon shifter is a jerk. He’s charming and very attractive but he has never looked in Dominique's direction. He’s always at the archeological dig site nosing around and flirting with all the pretty females. Dominique is pretty although she thinks herself to curvy to attract a man like Virdi. What she doesn’t know is that Virdi does find her very attractive and is simply trying to make her jealous. The couple has a very contentious relationship in the beginning. They fuss and fight with each other over everything. Being on the run from murderous dragons attempting to steal the emperor egg that Dominique found is crazy. Virdi tried to steal the egg unsuccessfully and since then he has taken on the role of the eggs and Dominiques protector.

Set off on a jungle adventure with humans and dragons all looking into and attempting to find things from a long-lost past. The dragon clan’s future hinges on what Dominique has found and everyone wants to possess it. Everyone is scrambling to make Dominique and the emperor egg theirs. Who’s going to win this very important power play.

The Dragon's Secret Baby!

This is a good story. It's nicely developed, action packed and suspenseful. I really like the characters. Dominique is an archeologist who has uncovered a dragon egg. Dominique thanks Virdi is a player but is attracted to him. He is there to find the egg for his clan but discovers more. The attraction and chemistry between these two is strong and undeniable. Other dragon's come after the egg and these two team up to save it until the unexpected happens. The story had me completely captivated from beginning to end. The narrator did a good job as well.

Great Read

This was a great story with an amazing storyline. The characters were very well written.

Dominique Mennel is an archeologist who has been working on site in Belize for three long, hot, noisey (too many monkeys!) years.
Virdi Einskis is an annoying (but handsome) dragon shifter...and a bit of a manwhore!
The adventures and excitement start off with a bang, and continue throughout the story.

Fun to listen to

This is the first book in this series and is fun to listen to . The narration is well done and kept my attention. Really fun to pass some time

They end up with more than just a dragon egg.

A different take on dragon shifters. When a dragon egg is discovered buried at an archeological dig site, several dragon clans want to claim it for their own. Dominique, one of the scientists who found the egg, is not about to let it be taken away. Virdi is a dragon who tries to steal the egg. When others follow to claim the egg as their own, Virdi and Dominique have to fight for their lives and the life of the unborn dragon. A love that kinda sneaks up on them will change everything. I really like the book and all of the action. I would recommend it to dragon lovers.

For honest review. Dominique is a archaeologists. Virdi is a Dragon shifter. the egg they found is a emperors egg. this is a great story .I like that they both fought for what they believe.
