Second Best Leadership Book

The best is their first book "Extreme Ownership". This picks up where that leaves off.

Basically continuing on from the first book.

If you have listened/read to the first book - extreme ownership -, you will enjoy this book. It answers a lot of the questions I had, or problems I thought of while progressing through the first book. As too much ownership can be detrimental and probably end up doing the opposite effect the book initially claimed.

This book discusses accounts with individuals who have read the first book and acted upon its advice that has turned to the worst and Jocko/Leif giving assistance and guidance getting them back on track. It also has littered through the book more scenarios used within combat/training that discusses leadership from their previous experience within the Navy Seals. Overall its a great addition and I read the books one after each other. I do feel however -Extreme ownership- is the stronger book out of the two. But more or less feels an expansion of extreme ownership than a standalone book... if that make sense. But that could be a good thing as it flows nicely on wards to continue telling the story/advice.
