Brilliant!

So far, books one and three have been excellent. Two was a little bit less so. I am going right into book four now with excited anticipation. I can't wait for the others in the series to be recorded!

Felt Like I was re-living the Life (or at least Book 2)

The Book was good of you liked book 2 because large portions of it are exactly the same as Book 2. Therefore, at times, I wanted to skip ahead, but I was waiting for the nuggets that we new. I was as excited or more so once he started living life past his prior deaths so there was new material!

Addicted

This was a good love story, but I'm still perplexed about the timelines of Michael Hollister. Dominick makes it to Tommy Weavers second life through his 4th life, and in his 4th life that would mean Michael Hollister was a murderer because it was only Tommy weaver's second life where Michael murdered carrie... Time travel is tricky...Great book though.

Real good and makes you think.

I've enjoyed this series a lot. This one also makes you really think. It is insightful. I don't forget these stories the minute I put down the book, as I often do. This one comes up in conversations with friends.

Awesome series

This is the third book in a very entertaining time travel series. I recommend that you read them in order. If you enjoy time travel books, you will love these! I am looking forward to the next three!

Similar to 2nd of series

I think it was a little lazy for the author to use so much of the same material from the second book in this book. It’s almost like he didn’t have a long enough story so he took 1/3 of his second in the series and added it to the middle. Otherwise I live the concept of this series I hope he doesn’t continue to overlap this much in future books.

New Favorite Author

I have a wide range of interests much like the music I listen to. Somehow I stumbled onto this set of books by Inmon and I don't think it was by accident. I felt a wide range of real emotion listening, fright, anxiety, sadness, happiness, I highly recommend you try at least the first 3 books out. How many lives has it been for you?

WHAT A CON

the 1st 22 chapters of this book are the last 22 chapters from the previous book - what a con - its half a book but they charged full price - I feel cheated - lazy author needs to sit down and write the other half and stop conning people - I wont be buying the rest of the series as I presume they are all the same.

What would you do to be with your soul mate?

I enjoyed listening to this story of Nicky and the lengths he went to, to be with his true love if only we all had 4 chances to get things right to live a full happy life. I'm just sad now I've finished the book but have part 4 to read which I'm excited about. The author is extremely clever making references and linking to other characters within the series! Shawn you must have a good memory or know your characters well? you keep writing and I'll keep listening x

From annoyance to delight

I have very much enjoyed the Middle Falls series to date, the 1st and 2nd books had me enthralled from beginning to end.

So with much anticipation I picked up the 3rd. By chapter 24 I was composing the most scathing review. I was so annoyed that the author had been so lazy and inept. You see the 1st 3rd of this book is almost identical to the 2nd book. I don't mean it covers the same territory, but it was in many places literally word for word. In some places even the internal monologue of the chief character was switched back to that of the previous book. I was so disappointed.

But then suddenly one third of the way through, new material emerged and it was as good if not better than the 1st two books, and it did not stop. The remainder of the book was a page turner and again I find myself looking forward to the next installment.

It occurred to me that perhaps the author wanted his audience to experience the tedium of reliving the same life over again and I would say that the repetition in the first part of this book achieved that very well. If that was his intention, it was well played indeed.

The audio book concludes with a note from the author that this concludes the loose ends of the 1st trilogy. I was left wondering why the chief character of book 3 upon meeting and befriending the chief character of book 1 failed to discuss their mutual acquaintance of the chief character of book 2. Maybe something to explore in the future.

If you enjoyed the 1st two books this is definitely worthy of a listen.
