Delightful read! I will listen to it again.

it was a fun book! I found myself laughing early on. It is truly endearing, the characters are imperfect which makes it more entertaining.

Good Cozy Mystery Series

This is the second in this series.

The story is well written and the characters are unique. The narration took a bit to get used to. Knowing that it is the author narrating helps because I know she is getting the characters right.

Anyway, the story is delightful and I will be eager to read more.

Great read.

The author/narrator really found her stride in this book. The narration flowed and contained real emotion.
It was quite humorous as well and I was laughing out loud!

The "Nose" in question is that of an incredible wine connoisseur. The silver is a clue that would be a spoiler.
Any older woman who is comfortable in her own skin will totally appreciate Cait Morgan!
Bud Anderson (whose wife was recently murdered by mistake) is a mutual "Plus One" with Cait (forensic psychologist), and he is invited by his online "grief buddy" to come to the winery/inn for a fantastic foodie event and brings Cait with him. And to prove that the buddy's sister was murdered, not death by suicide. Imaginative twists and red herrings are great, but come for the mystery and stay for the laughs!
I always feel that you can't go wrong with the author as narrator because only they know how to do the snarks effectively.

Good, clean mystery!

Love a good clean story! Love stories with only good language in it, no foul language. Great narration. Good characters, interesting. I really liked it!
