Not just another ADHD notebook
Recently diagnosed with ADHD I have embraced that I am inconsistent and in most cases I have been able to laugh it off or depend on my loving husband to "play catch", but after 4 years of "running" my business with very inconsistent marketing and sales I knew something had to change.
This book reminded me that there are consistencies in my life and gave me a plan to anchor thise and create more. I am now working on my mindset...that little voice that tells me it's OK if I don't do the thing because (fill in the blank).
I have made a habit of listening to this book, my regular engagement posts have greatly increased my visibility, and I dare say that my dead group is starting to spark with life again.
I'm not perfect, but I'm encouraged...and thus time it has lasted longer than the excitement of that new journal or notebook that's "going to be the answer".
