Concrete tools you can use
Rob Sperry shows up and shares concepts that may not be 100% new, however his way of packaging and presenting the information hits home and is right on target.
He shares fears and ways to overcome that are obviously related from personal experiences. This makes it all the more believable and really hits home.

What I needed to hear!
Rob Sperry did a great job of laying out the differences between a victim, a survivor, and a conqueror. I didn’t know the difference between these when I began this book. Now my outlook is completely different and very much improved. A lot of the symptoms of fear that he describes near the end of his book are exactly what I have been doing for the last few years.
