Best so far!

This one kept me thinking and very vested in the characters. Never got boring and I loved that they didn’t skip back and forth between characters. This is one I can read again for sure!

Disappointed?!

Actually it was a good book but I read so many reviews about how people couldn’t put it down, so many twists, I guess I was expecting more. Like going into a movie and expecting it to be awesome but it’s not. It was very good but not what I expected!

It was okay. Finally came together in the end. Beginning was slow as everything was laid out.

New favorite author

I think this is my new favorite author. Never boring, keeps you guessing and unexpected twists. I highly recommend!

The narrator was perfect for this book. The story itself was addicting and thrilling. Highly recommend!

A pendulum of a plot!

Back and forth the plot winds, upper hand, lower hand, twisting inside out and back again. Excellent suspense and plotting. Narrator was right on for all characters and actions! Great book! It was a bit short but the plot and characters demanded it end!

This was such an easy listen and it kept my interest the whole way through. Well written and a great storyline with great characters.

When I started I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it, but this was a great suspense thriller!

The main character is such a well-rounded character. She had an extremely difficult childhood. Her parents were drug addicts and spent any money they had on drugs. So she and her little sister had to steal food just to stay alive. Then years later she meets Ryan, a wealthy man with political aspirations. But all is not what she thinks.

If you enjoy suspenseful thrillers, you will love this one!

The narrator did a very good job making you feel what the character was feeling, which was a lot.

Great Story and a Great Plot

The reader was terrific and she read the book with ease while putting everything together.

I really enjoyed this book and just raced through it. The narration was spot on, the story was intriguing and held my interest and I just thought it was fantastic. This is the second book I have listened to from this author and they both have been outstanding. The first one I read was the stalker and I was sorry to see the end of that book as well.
