Excellent writing makes for a beautiful MM romance novel!

If a book stirs up emotions in me, then I know the writer has mad skills, is talented big time. I loved this book. I started listening yesterday and finished this evening. Could not stop listening to the beautiful narration of Marc Bachmann; the work he did on the voices was simply great. Next in the series, Noah’s love story, with the Texan surgeon, will be a treat. River Jaymes worked out the characters in detail and added extra characters who fitted in the story without being overbearing. After having read book 1, I did not expect to read about Tyler next, nor did I expect this much emotional dept in the story. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you River Jaymes and please keep them coming. I’m a fan. ❤️

Better than the first one!!

I found this book to be even better than the first book of the series. And I am super excited about the series continuing, I'm sure the next Book is going to be about Noah and that doctor!

Emotionally Packed

This story covers cancer, recovery, death and mourning and really hit home with me and the losses in my life and how I processed them.

New m/m author to follow On audiable

I listened to the first of river jaymes' books a while ago and thought it to be above average, but this second installment is even better. Loved the two male MC and the dynamic of the entire group of men comprising Ty's friends. I will absolutely be bying Noahs story when it comes out too. I listened to many many m/m stories and am by now a little picky since some of Them Seem to blend together in a non-descipt mass of "same same" but i Think this author might be able to write stories that stands out and stay in the "i remember that story" catagory.

I was already in love with this story because I owned the book version. I like to buy the audible version because it brings the story to life for me. I was so let down when I listened to this. I don't think Marc Bachmann should be reading romance. He read this story like he was reading classic literature. At one point I thought he had a slight British accent because of all the drama in a simple sentence. I was so not impressed.

Throughly enjoyed this audio - great story about life . They have a second chance of love together. Marc Bachmann narrated beautifully .

struggled to finish

This book dragged. I struggled to find any chemistry between the two characters. neither character was exceptionally likeable and I could not get into the story.

Omg this story was great, I loved every second of it, I actually lived Memphis, though I wantwdnto punched him for trying to give yo but thanks to Tyler he got motivated to live. Amazing piece of work

They were meant to be

You just wanted these two to find their way back to one another right from the beginning. Their connection and history was full on friendship, love, passion and pain. Now they face eachother, must deal with the past and make peace with it. Each one intends for there to be no more, but love finds a way.
