Simple steps have the greatest effects

The world is just as insane as it’s ever been and we’ve been more isolated and without motivation then we’ve ever been before. However, this book offers both professional and personal advice, tips and exercises to accompany you back on the path to being better.

The author has compiled a collection of stories and principles that can be implicated into almost any and all situations, with a focus on simplicity, so even on a half asked listen you can still follow along.

All in all a lovely book that certainly does what it says in the tin. 5/5.
