You can't stop making the wrong conclusions. What the hell will happen next? Crazy good.

Good, but not Hillerman's best.

The story relies heavily on Navajo Anthropology, and is amazing in that respect. Definitely worth reading. However, if you're just starting with Tony Hillerman's books, I'd recommend Dance Hall of the Dead.

Not Enough Leaphorn But Still Intriging

Interesting story, but disappointed that most of the action transpired not around Detective Joe Leaphorn but another character. Good background info on Navajo customs, beliefs, etc.
These are great stories and George Guidell IS Leaphorn to me.

A Worthy Hillerman/Leaphorn novel

This book held true to all of my expectations and kept me guessing right until the very end. I thoroughly enjoyed the listen.

Just the beginning of 20+ volumes of fast moving crime in the Navaho Nation. I love ‘em.

After many years... listening to this story again, it is just as good as it was 20 years ago

Coming home

It has been many years since I last read The Blessing Way. Tony Hillerman has always been a favorite author. He brings the Navajo way to life and shows how it fits seamlessly into their environment and personal relationships. This is perfectly reflected in the cadence and quality of the voice of George Guidal. I cannot recommend a better pair of storytellers.

Interesting story, but bland narration

Good story overall. it's very interesting learning about the culture through this story. The narration was okay just not as good as other narrators.

Great book

I really enjoyed listening. I had read this book years ago and came across it again and decided to try the audio version. I plan on eventually listening to the entire series again. Great characters great stories and enjoyable.
