I never thought that I could enjoy life again. It's like I was reborn from all the pains and sufferings from my wife's death.

Bladder problems are mostly ignored by people suffering them - men and women of a certain age, children, and people from different walks of life. Signs and symptoms are being disregarded, and before they know it, complications are present. Most of us are ignorant and not well-informed. That is why we mostly misunderstand it or mistake it as a familiar feeling like we are only stressed. For instance, I was devastated by Margaret's sickness and death, so I ignored the feeling. Additionally, I've been hooked on smoking and drinking; it made it all worse. Being under a lot of stress and dealing with my wife's death was what I thought was the reason I acquired it because of suppressing emotions, but the truth is I ignored my feelings and the symptoms.

The recurrence is worst. And then, when I was given another chance to date again, there goes my bladder making a scene. I was lucky that the woman I like convinced me to see a health professional. And after proper medication, the most fantastic product was introduced to me by one of my friends.

Love it

It is definitely a book every woman or man who has a partner or family member who suffers from bladder problems should listen to as well as give them. This book, not only clearly explains why we receive these anomalies and what we can to take back control, but it is also an enjoyable listening experience because the information is not only interesting and detailed, but it is also enjoyable to hear what the narrator has to say about managing your bladder. This is a book I highly recommend.

Very Useful Information!

I admire the author for sharing this experience. This will help those who have experienced Bladder Problems. And for me most of all is we need to pay attention to our health. Let's not wait to have the same problems and wait before it's to late. A very useful information that can help us also in some way to prevent it. I hate when I feel something pain in my body, how much more to people experiencing this kind of problem. Be aware and help yourself to get healthy by starting to listen to this book. Great resource!

I really enjoyed that this book is for men and women. The information shares is very informational and useful. The author does a great job of keeping the listener engaged and does well at introducing the new topics and providing just enough info where it’s not overwhelming. If you’re prone to UTIs or any bladder problems, this book is a great resource

Great storytelling combined with helpful insights

I found this audiobook to be a combination of several different things: entertaining, moving, sad, and insightful. It starts with the tragic and extended story of the author losing his wife and eventually developing some bladder-related issues. Those issues serve as the backdrop for the book and its medically-inclined nature.

After finishing his story, the author then dives into the subjects that most readers / listeners are here for: causes, treatments, and insights on bladder infection / UTI itself. Those insights are not only very helpful but also interesting; I, for one, didn’t know how UTI commonly arises and what we can do to potentially prevent it.

I most certainly enjoyed this one, especially for its storytelling nature, but I do think it’s just worth noting for potential listeners: this one does feature a lot of personal and tangential stories. Though I think those stories help pull you in and make the work more interesting overall, it seems likely that some folks might just want to “cut to the chase.”

But, for me, it was a great package of personal tales and medical insights. For those reasons, I give it high marks.

Highly effective - definitely recommend!

Great audiobook that actually helped with my bladder issue!

It wasn’t until I learned that bladder control can have psychological causes that I took action and looked to every resource possible to gain control back. I watched a bunch of Youtube videos and listened to podcasts and audiobooks. This was definitely the best resource and helped me overcome a lot of the worry and stress that comes with having a bladder issue.

Absolutely recommend this! Easily 5 stars!!
