good information, put together to promote action

my boss recommended the book, and I'm glad he did. the information shared and the method of delivery was easily absorbed and I feel ready to make personal changes and recommend new programs at the office that will enhance our status as a great place to work.

Good Content, with a boring Narrator

I enjoyed the content of this book, but had a hard time listening for extended periods of time due to the narrator's monotone voice.

I think this boom could back been about 20 pages shorter and more concise but still a worth while read for any work pace.

Add to your leadership toolkit

This book has so much evidence based jewels I'm buying the paperback to make sure I didn't miss anything. Many of the ideas I was able to implement immediately. This has really transformed my personal work habits and I plan to radically change my management as a result. Must read.

Some good takeaways from the book.

Not a lot of takeaways for small Retail. Seemed more like a book that is directed towards corporate structure.
