Must-have for knowledge of kundalini
even though the book doesn't go into how to invoke kundalini the description and reasoning behind it is the best and clearest I've heard. It is well worth it for the first few chapters alone. This encouraged me to research Gopi Krishnas works further.

No excuses for lack of chapter titles
Chapter titles and correct pronunciation of Sanskrit words would’ve given this a five stars. There’s really no excuse for lack of chapter titles in this day and time.
