Awakening Kundalini was well narrated and Lawrence Edwards' voice was very soothing during the guided meditations.
It would be helpful if the chapters were titled in Audible so that one could return to the various meditations easily. Thank You.

Just wonderful
This book was absolutely wonderful. I'm going to listen to it again, and follow the Meditations multiple times. it was wonderful. the performance was AMAZING. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the chants, the monks everything, just wonderful.

Great intro! Not a how to...
This is a very thorough intro. Not a how to. It provides a basis for understanding the process of the awakening as well as the reality of what it means. I appreciated the fact that the most important thing to understand is personal accountability through our spiritual development. The exercises at the end of the chapters are very helpful too.

Awesome! The Author has a kind voice
I loved everything about this book. I was captivated by the sound of the narrator's voice instantly. The words were spoken clearly and thoughtfully. Inspirational.
